I love cooking and the whole time and effort spent for it. Cooking is one my favorite hobbies. I enjoy every moment of it and though I don't do it the way everyone else do it, I still love it. My kitchen is usually looking like a blast after my work and the fun part of it is just while I don't care about the rest of it.
I cook, I invite, we eat and I enjoy, who cares about the rest.
Thus, here I wish to be able to bring you the tastes of Persia. Foods and recipes that I believe are just so much fun to cook and to eat, sometimes they may be heavy meals however sometimes very much light.
